• Key issues in the workflow that cause inefficiencies, higher costs, affect quality and affect business performance
• Proposed workflow and how this will help you achieve your business objectives
• Recommendation of software options including Copilot, icTools and/or other tools, as appropriate
• High-level roadmap and specification for the new workflow
• Projected costs and timeline for the proposed options, including projected cost for ongoing support services.
• Resources for governance, security and cost management relevant for your project

Six-weeks Workflow Analysis and Proof of Concept

This six-weeks consulting engagement includes all the items from above, plus:

• Proof of Concept software system including Copilot and/or icTools as appropriate for your business.
• The Proof of Concept software can be used by your staff with your documents. The intent is not production use, but evaluation of feasibility of the recommended options.
• The Proof of Concept software is provided for a period of 60 days. During this period, Ictect staff will work with your team to provide any assistance in using the software.
• Detailed estimations for a full-production system for your organization
